Welcome to Kids Yoga Classes

My name is Jane Courtney and I have been practicing yoga for over 7 years. I have been a certified Kundalini Yoga Instructor as well as a Radiant Child Instructor since June of 2007. I am currently registered with the Yoga Alliance and the IKYTA. I have been teaching my children for over 4 years and love that I can share yoga with other children.

I have also studied under Shakta Kaur and am a Certified Radiant Child Yoga Instructor. I am very excited about being able to share yoga with everyone. To see where I am teaching at please check out my classes page.
