Kids Yoga Classes

This is a class for kids ages 5 and up. It is a class to get children excited about yoga. The class consists of yoga poses, yoga songs and games as well as a time for each child to lead the class. Children are welcome to come alone or parents are welcome to come and join in as well. I believe that each child is special and time is taken to make sure everyone is |
